Description

Authentic villa near San Jose surrounded by a pine forest and only 5 minutes to the  nearest beach. Next to the beautiful sea view that you get from the living areas, the villa gives a feeling of privacy and tranquility. This modern split-level villa in minimalist style is less than 2 minutes from typical Spanish restaurants and supermarkets and has direct access to the famous sunset beaches on the west coast.

The main building is located at the top of the hill. From the front door you immediately enter the living room with open kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a room with a washing machine, dryer and a separate toilet. If you continue, you enter the living room where you can find a LED TV with satellite channels and a cozy fireplace. This area has free WiFi.

From the other side of the living room you enter the living area around the pool. This outdoor area has various seating areas, 8 sun beds, a large double lounger, a hammock and a large table with 12 chairs. You also have the opportunity to barbecue here!

The main house has 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.

One floor down there is an spacious studio with next to a double bed, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom, is also equipped with a separate toilet. Here you can find another bedroom with two single beds.

One floor lower there is a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.
