This very nice traditional villa, in typical Ibiza style, was an old typical country house and is renovated with much care and with typical elements and materials from Ibiza, It has high ceilings with wooden beams, stone tiles and a fireplace. The tower ads a little extra charm to the house. With its 300 sqm of living space the villa is very spacious. It is surrounded by 3 terraces and has an outside kitchen. The big swimming pool can be found in the gorgeous garden, with lots of green and even a small lake with cascades. Outside you can enjoy summer evenings on the terrace with big dining table and outside kitchen with BBQ.
The house is situated  near St. Eularia. Here, you are surrounded by nature with view over the mountains and the sea, yet close to everything.
The finca has 4 bedrooms, each with a stunning view over the surrounding nature, 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet.
In the tower you can find 2 master bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms the other 2 rooms have 2 single beds and share a bathroom, perfect for families with children.

Furthermore, you will find a big living area, a separate sitting/lounge area in the tower and a large fully equipped kitchen.
The house has all the modern amenities to make sure you have a comfortable holiday. There is central heating and air conditioning in all rooms, free internet and a washing machine.
