The holiday house by the sea is spread over 2 floors and is suitable for 6 persons with a living area of approx. 130 m². The furnishing is modern and the furniture predominantly Mediterranean.
In the lower floor are the living room with dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a guest toilet.
The upper floor with separate entrance has a large living and sleeping area, a shower room, a refrigerator and a large terrace with sea view. Since there is a sofa bed available, an extra bed for the seventh person would be possible.
The outdoor area of the detached holiday house includes a Mediterranean garden with palm trees as well as a pool with sun terrace and outdoor shower. Wonderful relaxation can be found on the numerous furnished terraces around the house or in the large lounge bed by the pool. From here you have a fantastic sea view to Formentera.
